During busy periods, such as holidays or seasonal launches, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Cost
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over £40.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
International Orders
We ship internationally from the UK.
For some international orders, customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Incorrect Address

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
